We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Stager Level 1 to join our team at Pineapple Interiors, Denver's largest and most prolific staging company. As a Stager Level 1, you will work closely with Lead Stagers to complete staging projects, assisting with arranging furniture, area rugs, and lamps, hanging artwork and mirrors, and accessorizing and visually merchandising rooms.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Lead Stagers with staging projects, including furniture arrangement, area rug placement, and lamp hanging.
- Help with accessorizing and visually merchandising rooms to create a cohesive and stylish look.
- Steam and iron bed linens as needed.
- Provide detailing assistance with project completion task lists.
- A great and creative eye for design, visual merchandising, and space planning.
- A sense of humor and a great attitude.
- The ability to roll with the punches and think quickly on your feet.
- The ability to take initiative and identify gaps and tasks that need tackling.
- The ability to work alone or with a creative and collaborative team.
- The ability to be coachable, trainable, and critique-able, no matter how much experience you bring to the table.
- A strong work ethic.
- Project/room design and staging planning coordination of various events, contractors, and team members on a given job.
- Lead a crew of 2-5 people to successfully, efficiently, and beautifully stage a property.
- Effective and professional communication with all levels of clientele to market the Company's services and to speak to the benefits and necessity of staging as an aspect of marketing a home for sale and articulate the psychology of staging.
- An understanding of real estate and staging.
- Strong computer skills as all jobs are tracked through our inventory management system.
Our work day generally runs from 8:30 AM to 5 PM with half an hour for lunch, though many days are shorter and occasionally some run longer. There are times when you may need to use your vehicle to transport items. You must have reliable transportation. Lead Stagers may also be required to occasionally shop locally and to use their vehicle to transport the loot.
