About the Role:
Crestwood Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team on a part-time weekend schedule. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama
- 1+ year of experience in Cardiac ICU or Critical Care
- Associates Degree in Nursing
