Job Title: Server Representative

About the Role:

As a Server Representative at Dave & Buster's, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have an unparalleled experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using the Micros system to manage orders and payments.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu, including food and drink preparation and ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Adhere to company sanitation procedures and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, following company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with party set up and breakdown, as well as resetting tables and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in all incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand.
  • Follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read and communicate in English.
  • Ability to operate Micros, make changes, and accurately conduct credit card transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.
