Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide physical therapy services to patients with neurological and vestibular impairments. This includes assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient condition and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Implement effective therapeutic techniques and strategies to address patient goals and outcomes.
  • Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Orient, train, and mentor health care students to achieve stated performance expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and implement best practices to enhance patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
  • Basic skills in math and computer science.
  • Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques to manage rehabilitation populations.
  • Problem-solving skills for physical therapy evaluation, interpretation, treatment planning, and execution.
  • Safely execute all job responsibilities without risking injury to self or patients.
  • Computer proficiency required; Microsoft office applications preferred.
  • Maintain variable work schedules to provide patient care, including evenings, holidays, weekends, and travel.
