Caregiver Specialist

As a Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with activities of daily living, and promoting independence and well-being.

• Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Encourage socialization and engagement among residents through various activities and events.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress.

• Dedication to serving seniors with compassion and empathy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications may be necessary depending on state regulations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, and opportunities for career growth and development.
