Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Hair Stylists/Barbers to join our team at Great Clips. As a Hair Stylist/Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert haircuts and styling services to clients
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest hair cutting techniques and trends
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive salon environment that fosters growth and development
Requirements
  • Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
