About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Guitar Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and delivering exceptional service to exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert repair and maintenance services on customer-owned instruments
  • Assist in maintaining store inventory and ensuring that all instruments are in good working condition
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, technologies, and industry trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in guitar repair and maintenance
  • Familiarity with various types of guitars and their mechanisms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; formal training in guitar repair or maintenance an asset.

Salary Range: $22.50 - $33.75 per hour.
