Key Responsibilities

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) services on various types of forklifts, including gas, LPG, diesel, and electric models.
  • Conduct safety evaluations on gas, LPG, diesel, and electric forklifts.
  • Perform minor adjustments and repairs on equipment.
  • Follow the designated PM completion schedule on a monthly basis.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding any issues discovered during PM.
  • Complete all work orders electronically using a tablet.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols while performing tasks.
Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • A high school diploma, G.E.D., or completion of a technical program is preferred.
  • Six to twelve months of mechanical experience is advantageous but not required.
  • A mechanical aptitude is crucial.
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull loads weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Must possess personal hand tools.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in documentation.
  • Ability to pass a physical examination, drug screening, and background check.
