Job Summary

This is an exceptional chance for a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney to leverage their expertise and passion for plaintiff personal injury litigation to drive success in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to client service, excellent problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of personal injury plaintiff and plaintiff personal injury litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent and advocate for clients who have suffered personal injuries in a variety of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve cases and achieve successful settlements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Proven experience as a personal injury attorney, associate attorney, injury attorney, with a focus on medical malpractice and personal injury plaintiff.
  • Demonstrated expertise in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful settlements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical standards.
  • Ability to handle a high caseload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
