About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical oversight of clients receiving behavioral services in San Diego, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidence-based interventions to reduce challenging behavior and promote client independence.
  • Provide supervisory oversight to behavioral direct care staff and monitor treatment progress to update treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement effective behavior change procedures and provide support with daily routines.
  • Ensure safety supervision and assist with meal preparation, feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
Requirements
  • Active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills and experience in supervisory and behavioral assessment
  • Experience providing behavioral services to children and adults, preferably in a quality management setting
