Vocational Specialist

At InVision Human Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Vocational Specialist to join our team. As a Vocational Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals with disabilities achieve their employment goals.

• Conduct Discovery Profiles to identify strengths, needs, and interests of job seekers.
• Develop Customized Employment Plans to match job seekers with suitable job opportunities.
• Collaborate with employers to negotiate job duties, pay, and benefits.
• Provide on-the-job support and training to job seekers.
• Track progress and maintain accurate records of job seeker outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Nationally recognized certification as an Employment Professional (e.g., ACRE, CESP).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
