Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on the design, implementation, and maintenance of Master Data Management solutions utilizing Informatica MDM software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute MDM solutions using Informatica MDM software, with a primary focus on cloud migration.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze master data requirements for cloud environments.
- Establish data models, data dictionaries, and governance protocols for master data entities.
- Customize and configure Informatica MDM Hub (Cloud) to align with specific business objectives.
- Integrate MDM solutions with various enterprise systems and databases.
- Formulate and uphold data quality standards and validation processes.
- Manage data mapping, transformation, and cleansing protocols.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the organization.
- Implement security measures and access controls for master data.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to data integration and quality.
- Conduct data profiling and quality assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address MDM-related challenges.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior MDM developers.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in MDM and data management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience as an MDM Informatica Expert, specifically in migrating Informatica MDM to cloud environments.
- Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Informatica MDM Hub.
- Knowledge of data governance and stewardship principles.
- Proficient in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Informatica MDM certification is advantageous.
- Experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a highly matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
