  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and implement effective treatment plans that promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, teaching them skills and strategies to manage daily tasks and maintain their physical and mental well-being.
  • Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and research in occupational therapy to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience, with a preference for home health experience.
  • Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
