Job Title: IT Field Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Field Technician to join our team at Hardy Industries. As an IT Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and telecommunications equipment
  • Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services to clients
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware repairs
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Document and report technical issues and resolutions
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in IT field support and maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Basic computer maintenance tools and networking tools
  • Laptop with Ethernet capability
  • Smartphone with Hotspot
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour (First 90 days)

1099 contract

Experience Level:

1 year+

Schedule:

On call but flexible
