Preschool Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preschool Administrator to join our team at New England Preschool Academy. This is a unique opportunity to lead our preschool program and contribute to the growth and development of young children in our community. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective educational programs and a passion for working with children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preschool program that meets the needs of children aged 0-5
  • Serve as a leader and role model for teaching staff
  • Build strong relationships with parents and guardians
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful educational programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
