Equiliem is currently seeking a dedicated Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a local contract opportunity. This role is focused on providing exceptional care in a critical environment, specifically within the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in critical condition.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Valid NJ RN license or compact license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PICU setting.
- Current certifications in BLS and PALS.
Work Schedule:
- 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts.
- Availability for every other weekend and holidays as required.
- On-call duties are mandatory.
Employment Type:
- Local Contract position with no stipend or housing allowance available.
- Candidates must reside 40+ miles from the facility to be considered.
