About the Role

Ryder is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in physical inventories and audits of inbound and outbound shipments to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues and provide solutions to resolve them.
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety and ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with the use of forklifts and pallet jacks preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
  • Good customer service skills and ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
