Beauty Expert

At Ulta Beauty, we're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Expert to join our team as a Specialty Beauty Advisor for the Lancôme brand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting the Lancôme brand.

• Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales targets for the Lancôme brand, while providing personalized service to customers, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Lancôme products, trends, and techniques, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including the Lancôme brand area, testers, and demonstration stations.
• Operations: Participate in inventory management, merchandise resets, and other operational tasks as directed.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or demonstrator license preferred.
• Experience: Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
