Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Synectics. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients using aseptic techniques and following established protocols.
  • Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing, including labeling and packaging.
  • Interact with patients to explain procedures and provide reassurance.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule, including Saturday rotations. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and make decisions based on established procedures.
