We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Appraiser to join our team at the Comptroller's Office in West Texas. As a key member of our appraisal team, you will be responsible for conducting property valuations and providing expert opinions on residential properties in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct property valuations and inspections to determine market value of residential properties
- Develop and maintain knowledge of local real estate market trends and conditions
- Prepare and present appraisal reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of appraisal projects
- Graduation from High School or GED
- 6 years of appraisal work experience, including residential, commercial, or personal property
- Preferred: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or real estate
- Appraiser II requires a Level IV RPA designation or another professional appraiser designation
- Valid Texas driver's license and satisfactory driving record
