POSITION SUMMARY:- Lead and oversee extensive and intricate clinical research teams.
- Evaluate team performance, allocate staff responsibilities, and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Manage personnel, including performance evaluations, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with clinical research leadership to synchronize team requirements with departmental infrastructure for strategic initiatives.
- Supervise the clinical research portfolio, assess research opportunities, and facilitate protocol feasibility.
- Monitor team metrics, ensure compliance with GCP and institutional standards, and track study advancements.
- Identify challenges, implement effective solutions, and guarantee timely and precise data management.
- Engage relevant healthcare providers to address clinical matters efficiently.
- Assist in developing role-specific training for new hires and contribute to the formulation of standard operating procedures.
- Plan corrective measures and partake in educational programs to ensure high-quality research outcomes.
- Actively participate in meetings, task forces, and committees.
- Advocate for clinical research initiatives in a compliant, safe, and efficient manner.
- Execute other assigned responsibilities as necessary.
- A Bachelor's degree in a scientific, health-related, or business administration discipline, coupled with seven years of clinical research experience, including four years in a similar capacity.
- ACRP/SoCRA certification must be obtained within one year of employment.
- A Master's degree and experience in team leadership.
