We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Server to join our team at Hideaway Pizza. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of our Server is to provide outstanding service to our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience. This includes embracing the Hideaway Way, executing the Hideaway Service Standards, possessing superior menu knowledge, and presenting oneself in a professional yet fun manner.

Responsibilities
  • Embody the values of The Way and internalize its principles.
  • Deliver fanatical execution of the Hideaway Service Standards and Steps of Service to every guest.
  • Maintain a robust understanding and production of all food items, including preparation and presentation.
  • Avoid intense situations by applying food safety practices rigorously.
  • Collaborate intensely with the team to achieve a productive and smooth shift with excellent communication.
  • Obsessively maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
  • Protect the financial interests of yourself and Hideaway Pizza vigorously.
  • Create a FUN environment always.
Requirements
  • You must be 18 or older in selected markets based on alcohol service rules, state and county specific.
  • Hold and maintain required licenses: Food Handlers and Alcohol, state and county specific.
  • Work a varied schedule, including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events.
  • Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides.
  • Meet physical requirements as dictated by the job, standing (8 hours), walking, lifting (40 pounds), stooping, carrying (25 pounds), and wiping.
