Job Summary

The Imaging Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using complex equipment. This role requires the ability to work independently and produce high-quality images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging equipment, including CT, MRI, and ultrasound machines
  • Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures on patients
  • Utilize sterile techniques and assist physicians as needed
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry developments
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JCERT) program
  • ARRT registered and hold post-primary certification in a minimum of one additional qualifying discipline
  • Previous experience in a multi-disciplined Radiology Department
  • BLS certified
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of previous experience in an advanced discipline
