We are currently in search of a dedicated and empathetic Evening Nursing Supervisor who holds a Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Genuine passion for geriatric nursing.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Physically, mentally, and emotionally resilient.
  • Knowledge of facility policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication abilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise nursing personnel across all shifts.
  • Conduct regular rounds in all departments.
  • Collaborate with various departments and consultants as necessary.
  • Support education initiatives, staff meetings, and orientation processes.
  • Review and revise nursing care plans as needed.
  • Assist the Director of Nursing with diverse responsibilities.
  • Address nursing issues in the absence of the Director.
  • Oversee Utilization Review activities.
  • Provide assistance with on-call duties and staffing requirements as necessary.
