As a Labor and Delivery Nursing Manager/Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, including mentoring, coaching, and evaluating performance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Nursing Manager/Director.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
