Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the mitigation department to ensure timely and effective resource deployment
  • Oversee the successful performance of water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, tarping, board up, and floor cleaning/re-installation services
  • Ensure crews are ready at all times and meet clients and adjusters on site
  • Re-inspect job sites for quality control and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked and organized trucks along with all company equipment

A competitive salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
