Pet Sitter

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Pet Sitter to join our team at Five Paws of Delaware County. As a Pet Sitter, you will provide top-notch care and attention to our clients' pets, ensuring their safety and happiness while their owners are away.

• Provide daily dog walks, vacation visits, overnight visits, and cat care services
• Show empathy and patience to all pets, regardless of size or species
• Communicate effectively with clients and management through written and verbal means
• Be extremely reliable and dedicated, as pets depend on us for their well-being
• Work comfortably outdoors in various weather conditions and seasons
• Have a modern cell phone with texting, photo, data, and GPS capabilities
• Contribute to a team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues
• Practice effective time management to ensure timely arrivals for all assigned visits

• An honest, patient, and enthusiastic attitude towards animal care
• Previous experience with animals is preferred, but a positive attitude and desire to learn are essential
• Ability to work independently and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Availability to work part-time, with a focus on consistent scheduling
• Willingness to work on major holidays

• $17-$21 per hour, with bonuses and client gratuity
• $1000-$2300 monthly, depending on the number of visits
• 100% client gratuity

• Overnight services pay a flat rate of $79.95 per night
