Housekeeping and Laundry Staff Wanted

We are seeking individuals with hospitality services, housekeeping or laundry experience to join our team at Lighthouse Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Selma, AL.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments as directed by the Supervisor of Housekeeping/Laundry Services and/or the Administrator.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Operate laundry equipment and perform laundry duties.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18-years of age, High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous work experience in related fields is a plus.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English and follow oral and written directions.
  • Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly, maintain residents' confidentiality and treat with kindness, dignity and respect.
