Qualifications:
  • Possession of an active, unrestricted LPN license in Massachusetts
  • Willingness to float between facilities as required
  • Availability for shifts including Monday to Friday, alternating weekends, and evening or night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general nursing tasks
  • Administer medications, conduct triage, and assess risks
  • Assist physicians with medical procedures
  • Provide emergency first aid and apply surgical dressings
  • Monitor and record vital signs
  • Collect specimens for diagnostic testing
  • Document all care accurately and in a timely manner
  • Foster a therapeutic environment, ensuring respectful treatment of inmates
  • Engage in patient education and discharge planning
  • Complete other related duties as assigned
