We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Rehabilitation Team at ChristianaCare, one of the top 100 hospitals in the nation. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating adults with communication and swallowing disorders in inpatient acute and rehabilitation settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to address patient-specific goals and needs
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on effective communication and swallowing techniques
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CF Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Acute care experience preferred
