Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Specialist

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Washington, DC. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and families. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop treatment plans to meet their individual needs
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Provide education to patients and families on respiratory care and disease management
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Current licensure and certification as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members
