Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Houseman to join our team. As a Banquet Houseman, you will be responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet events, stocking linens and supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of our banquet function spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and break down banquet events, including tables, chairs, buffets, and props
- Stock linens, china, silverware, and glassware, and ensure that they are in good condition
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of all banquet function spaces, including floors, walls, and equipment
- Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel's receiving area and store them safely and securely
- Minimum one year of food service or related work experience
- 1-2 years of hospitality service or comparable experience
- Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set up
- Hourly rate: $36.30
