About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading land survey projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to company quality standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead land survey projects from initiation to completion
  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards and client requirements
  • Develop and implement procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Craft and manage proposals, budgets, schedules, invoices, and contracts
  • Authorize and validate plats, field notes, and control drawings as necessary
  • Strategize work plans and staffing needs for multiple survey projects
  • Engage in business development endeavors and nurture client relationships
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients and key stakeholders
  • Facilitate smooth communication with sub-consultants and other business partners
  • Provide assistance to other operational units as required
  • Maintain transparent financial reporting, including AR/WIP and billing cycles
  • Advocate for company interests during meetings and industry events
  • Undertake additional responsibilities to advance the Company's strategic objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline/and or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in project/phase management for large scale projects
  • Strong proficiency with or understanding of tools such as AutoCAD, Micro Station, Geopack, MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to clearly define assignments/deliverables to team members
  • Ability to oversee, mentor and motivate a project team
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and problem solve on the fly
  • Ability to meet or exceed aggressive deadlines while maintaining teamwork and collaboration with others
  • Professional License, or ability to obtain quickly preferred
