Salary Range

The estimated salary for this Clinical Nurse Coordinator position is $105,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the operating room.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, customize, and deliver patient care.
  • Assisting with staff scheduling and managing labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nurse program.
  • A minimum of two years of healthcare experience.
  • A BSN degree and at least three years of healthcare experience are preferred.
