About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our wellness center, you will provide exceptional massage services to our guests, promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique needs and goals. You will be responsible for customizing massage services to meet the individual needs of each guest, utilizing your expertise in various modalities, including Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy.

You will also play a vital role in promoting the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy, building relationships with guests to help them achieve their self-care objectives. Your excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customize massage services for each guest, utilizing your expertise in various modalities.
  • Promote the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy to guests.
  • Build strong relationships with guests to support their self-care goals.
Requirements
  • Current state license to practice massage therapy.
  • Maintain liability insurance coverage.
  • Pass background checks.
  • Ability to effectively perform full-body 50-minute massage services.
  • Thrives in team environments and has excellent communication skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,500, based on experience and qualifications.
