Role Summary: As an Occupational Therapist, you will engage directly with clients to evaluate their requirements and create tailored treatment strategies. Your role will focus on assisting patients in developing essential skills for daily living and professional environments, while addressing various physical, cognitive, and emotional hurdles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify client needs and establish therapy objectives.
  • Design and execute personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize therapeutic methods to enhance clients' capabilities in everyday tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide education to clients and their families regarding therapy objectives and at-home exercises.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in specific settings or with particular populations is advantageous.
