We are seeking a skilled Machinist Specialist to join our team at Belcan. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts with high precision and accuracy.
- Perform daily preventive maintenance checks on machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy, and rework or repair as needed.
- Work safely in accordance with plant safety guidelines and adhere to quality processes.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to achieve common goals and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
- High school diploma or GED required; CNC operator/machinist diploma or certification preferred.
- 4-6 years of manufacturing experience operating CNC mills or lathes; prior military experience; or technical certification/degree.
- Basic English language skills and the ability to read, follow, and interpret planning and work order instructions.
- Basic PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to professionally communicate and work cooperatively with others.
