Emergency Department Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate New Graduate Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a New Graduate Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our Graduate Nurses.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Graduate of a State-approved School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit
- Must have hospital-based experience; preferred one year Emergency Department experience
- Certifications: ETC and Acute Care Center RN's must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period
