Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Welcome and Seating: Greet guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring a positive first impression of our restaurant.
  • Table Management: Manage table assignments, ensuring that guests are seated promptly and that tables are cleared and prepared for the next guests.
  • Menu Knowledge and Service: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including daily specials, and be able to answer questions and make recommendations to guests.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and demonstrate flexibility in your role.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
