Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Community Health Centers of Burlington. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate patient care activities and patient flow
  • Assist with patient triage, patient care documentation, and other clinical tasks
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse Licensure in good standing with the Vermont State Board of Nursing
  • Basic Life Support Certification
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical team environment
  • Familiarization with electronic medical record and electronic scheduling systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, anticipate needs, creatively problem-solve, and take initiative to improve patient care
