- Assist in the administration of medications and treatments, as directed by a physician or nurse
- Ensure the safety and security of clients, including monitoring their behavior and activity
- Prepare clients for treatment or examination, as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of experience in a related field, such as healthcare or social services
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take patient vital signs and chart client behavior
- Ability to provide simple nursing care, personal care, and hygiene
