Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic patient care, including vital sign taking and medical procedures under the direction of nursing staff

  • Assist in the administration of medications and treatments, as directed by a physician or nurse

  • Prepare clients for treatment or examination, as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six months of experience in a related field, such as healthcare or social services
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take patient vital signs and chart client behavior
  • Ability to provide simple nursing care, personal care, and hygiene
