Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Driver to join our team at Cookie's Retail - CR Management Co LLC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for creating a world-class customer experience for every customer by distributing products promptly and professionally.

This role involves transporting products between our facility and various locations throughout Florida, following routes and time schedules, and maintaining professional communication with customers to relay times of arrival and status updates. You will also be responsible for loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting, and operating a delivery vehicle, as well as asking for feedback on provided services and resolving clients' complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation: Transport products between our facility and various locations throughout Florida.
• Time Scheduling: Follow routes and time schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Customer Communication: Maintain professional communication with customers to relay times of arrival and status updates.
• Vehicle Operations: Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle.
• Service Delivery: Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints.

Qualifications:

• Prior Experience: Proven working experience as a driver, with at least 5 years' experience in commercial delivery.
• Licensing: Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no violations). CDL license is strongly preferred.
• Availability: Open availability is required, as this position often requires last-minute long-distance trips throughout Florida.
• Skillset: Ability to drive in a variety of weather and traffic conditions, possess excellent organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
