Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Field Service Technician to join our team at Butler Machinery Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on construction, agriculture, or power generation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet customer expectations.
  • Proactively maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certificate in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in diesel field service or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
