Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement clinical education programs that meet the needs of our healthcare professionals.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and conferences that promote best practices in patient care.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create educational content that is relevant and effective.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends in clinical education.
- Current state license as a RN.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current CPR certification.
- Proficient with electronic medical records.
- Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include background check and drug screen.
