About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
  • Support the sales process, including processing customer transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and inventory goals, and participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining store equipment and facilities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
