Overview

Advanced Recovery Systems is seeking exceptional Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in Ridgefield, WA. As a LPN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in behavioral health care.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the State of Washington
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
