Position Summary:
We are in search of a skilled CNC Machine Operator. The successful candidate will be tasked with the operation of CNC machinery to manufacture precision-engineered components.
Work Schedule:
This position operates on a first shift schedule, with hours from Monday to Thursday, 5:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Primary Duties:
- Operate CNC machinery including Lathe, Mill, and/or EDM
- Ensure that produced components meet specified customer requirements
- Make necessary adjustments to CNC programs and replace tools as needed
- Conduct quality assessments on completed components
- Adhere to the established Quality Management System
- Report any operational challenges and provide constructive feedback to management
- Foster positive working relationships with peers and supervisors
- Follow additional directives from management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required; further CNC training is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in CNC machinery, tooling, and operational processes
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage complex tasks
- Able to thrive in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment
