About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at Omega Force Appliance Repair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing in-home field service for a range of customers and home appliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, washers, and dryers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their appliance issues and provide solutions.
  • Use diagnostic tools and technical resources to identify parts or repair processes.
  • Order and track parts to conduct repairs and replenish van stock.
  • Use job tracking software to research and record all aspects of service visits and repair status.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with in-home appliance repair on a full range of consumer appliances.
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $150,000 per year.
  • Paid training period and earnings floor during 90-day ramp-up period.
