Traveling Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. As a Travel ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and report patient condition to the physician and other healthcare team members
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
- Perform various medical procedures and interventions as needed
- Current RN licensure in the state of California
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU nursing
- Experience with LTAC patients preferred
- Ability to float to other units within the hospital as needed
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Proficiency in EPIC documentation system
The Travel ICU RN will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing care to critically ill patients in our state-of-the-art ICU. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
