Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at River Ridge Neurorehabilitation Center in Kennebunk, ME. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, promoting a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred, but not required.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification, as required by the state of practice.
